General Terms and Conditions

Services are provided according to the accepted quote. Results may vary depending on the initial condition of the premises and the nature of the surfaces. Net & T Nettoyage does not guarantee the removal of old stains or pre-existing damage.

The quote is based on the information provided by the client. Any modification to the scope of work—additional tasks or undeclared surfaces—may result in a price adjustment. Estimates are valid for the period indicated.

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Late payments may result in administrative fees. No additional service will be performed without settlement of the balance due, unless prior written agreement is reached.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows at the time of service may result in fees to compensate for the time reserved by our team.

Net & T Nettoyage provides professional and meticulous service. We are not responsible for fragile items not secured by the client, nor for pre-existing damage. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service, within the limits permitted by applicable law in Quebec.

Net & T Nettoyage carries commercial general liability insurance covering accidental damage occurring during the provision of our services. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

The client's personal information is used solely for the provision of service and is never sold to third parties. Net & T Nettoyage respects data confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws in Quebec and Canada.

When access to the home or commercial premises is entrusted to our team, keys or access codes are handled securely and used only for the purpose of the service. Access information is deleted or returned to the client upon request.

Our clients' satisfaction is our top priority. If any part of the service does not meet your expectations, Net & T Nettoyage will take steps to correct the situation promptly and at no additional cost, when justified and reported within a reasonable timeframe.

Net & T Nettoyage reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. The current version is the one published on the website. Clients are encouraged to consult them regularly.

These general terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in Quebec.
